非常喜歡這本關於RBG的書，裏麵有很多作者和她的對話，既有最高法院判案的曆史回顧，也有她自己對案件和局勢的理解。很有啟發。

記性不好了，需要買一本書回來，再翻回去看，才能把有感觸的地方都記下來。先記下幾個再說吧。

1. 她和Antonin Scalia的友誼大概盡人皆知，他們都是歌劇愛好者，還有一出歌劇寫的就是他們。。在描述他們多年的友誼時，書裏有這樣的講述，（大意，原話我記不準了。）

因為對憲法的理解不同，因而在判案和表達時，他們是不同的。因為對憲法的認同和尊重，他們又是相同的。

很抽象，很道德，也很具體，很接地氣。太精準的描述了憲法的精神和原則。

2. 關於女權運動的回顧，下意識的偏見。。。女性的平等權利，關鍵在平等。任何平等的權利，都是要人們主動爭取的，因為製定法律的人們，解釋法律的人們和社會群體，都會有有意或無意的偏見。發自社會的草根運動是喚醒民眾，呼喚改變的有效方式。

3. 關於最高法院，不是政治組織，不做政治上的交易。。。根據這本書，RBG幾次提到這一點。 

“You know, the Court is not like a legislature; we don’t vote a particular way because we would like that outcome. We have to account for everything we do by giving reasons for it. So there’s no cross-trading at all on the Court. ”

所以，大法官不是政治家。不過最高法院，大法官們是美國的民主共和製度中不能或缺的三大支柱（加媒體的話，四大支柱）之一。

愛這個國家，因為所有這些。。
