要記住的就是：

It is not enough to focus on our bodies. It is equally important to focus on good social life, successful career, and healthy marriage.  具體到個人：

*有責任心（conscientiousness)

*追求事業並取得成功 （ strive and achieve career success)

*良好的社交網絡（good social relations) (family, friends, community)

At its essence, individual health depends on social health.
