Note: I went to the 2-acre backyard and started collecting fallen broad leaves under a big aspen tree. While sieving the leaves, I wondered if all leaves would have fallen to the tree's trunk, and how far away from its root. When wind blows (an opportunity), leaves may fly high and far away from its root; when quiet and peaceful, leaves may just fall near the trunk and stay with their root. |
