這兩天真涼爽,爽的晚上睡覺真舒服呀,哈哈。 打開廚房的儲存室。一眼看見剩下4片腐竹的袋子,好久沒有吃腐竹了,今天就是它啦,剛好我昨天買了賊辣的尖椒,配上腐竹還不錯。再來碗大米飯,嗯,又下飯,又有滋味。 用料:泡好的四條寬腐竹,小片兒刀切絲, 1/3磅的精瘦肉切絲用料酒,醬油醃一下,薑絲,一個尖辣椒切絲。少量醬油,鹽,花椒麵。一小勺橄欖油。 做法:炒勺內加適當油,加入花椒麵,薑絲,瘦肉絲煸炒半分鍾,加尖椒絲繼續燒5-6下,加腐竹炒幾下,蓋上蓋子燜幾秒鍾,之後再翻炒,再燜幾秒鍾,反複3-4次,加醬油再炒加下,出鍋。 辣香下飯,美味家常。
