Bid my drywall fix project and painting, the city inspector was inspecting the repipe and said he needs to come to inspect the drywall too.
The bid is a lot lower than my initial one from 勞模，and the city will inspect it for me for free. 今天又很有成就感。：）
照目前進展來看，total cost should be way below my 六萬個餅的預算。
