Q: I live in Sacramento, CA In May 2006 I filed for Divorce while in San Francisco, CA My wife is not contesting the divorce (she lives in CA also) What form's do I need to fill out to change the county? Do I need to go to the courts in Sacramento or San Francisco? How long will this process take? I am using free legal services since I am unemployed at this time.
