好朋友的生日,我給做了頓晚飯,叫了周邊兒的其它朋友一起慶祝了一下。朋友一家是我們來美認識最早的一對中國人,那回兒都是學生,住在學生的宿舍裏,畢業後,一直都電話聯係著。這麽多年來,他們搬了好幾次家,最後終於又回到了他們最愛的南加。我們一家很感恩能認識像他們這樣事業上成功,品格上優秀的好朋友。
我的狗兒子王貴最喜歡家裏來客人,他自己先占個坐,等開飯。

先上個全家福: 我和LD都愛熱鬧的,上學的時候也是經常有同學到我家來吃飯的,我那會兒才算是真正自己開火掌勺學做飯,同學們也是來至五湖四海,我比較善常的就是山寨各地的菜係,就是沒有一個做的正宗的,俺的訣竅就是請上海人吃廣東菜,請四川人吃上海菜,嗬嗬,都不帶穿幫的,哈哈。

海苔花生,本想山寨一下這個上海菜,可是買不到海苔,就用韓國的脆香紫菜代替了,同學們大愛啊!

脆香紫菜是這個樣子的:油炸花生炒8成香後,加上脆香紫菜再翻炒幾下就行了。

菠蘿魷魚,菠蘿太熟了,讓我搞的水嗒嗒的,賣像不好,味道還行,是甜酸味的。

生日蛋糕:焦糖布丁。

先幹鍋熬一杯白糖,熬到有點焦為止,然後到在烤盤上,一兩分鍾就硬了。

6個蛋,加6個蛋黃,加4杯heavy cream(half and half 也行)半杯糖,絞拌機絞勻。

用個小曬子,蔽掉泡泡(不能有泡泡,要布丁不就不會滑爽),到在烤盤裏:

我是蒸出來的,上麵蓋上錫紙,上屜蒸45 分鍾。
