周末多是在吃吃喝喝中度過的,最近燒了幾個中意的菜,拿來給大家品嚐一哈。

排骨藕湯是個很好做又好喝的湯: 1。排骨綽掉血水,洗幹淨。 2。放大約三到五倍(按體積)的水,一片薑,一勺料酒。 3。燉(一直是小滾狀)1小時。 4。藕切滾刀,在soda水(一加侖水,2大匙soda粉)裏泡20分鍾。再洗淨,放湯鍋裏,再燉2小時。(之後可以一直小火煨著,保溫)

artichoke雞湯 綠色雞一隻,(朝鮮薊)artichoke1-2 個 雞煮滾後,撇去浮沫,加上洗好切好的artichoke,燉2-4小時。 artichoke本身有很好的營養價值。

素燒鵝 1。豆包是在中國店買的,兩麵煎黃 2。放醬油,糖,加水沒過豆包,中間清清翻一次,燉到水收幹 3。盛出,涼了後,再切。 4。這個菜很容易做,也可以提前做好吃涼的。

豬肉酸菜燉粉條: 1。豬肉炒熟,盛出。 2。放佐料把酸菜炒一下。 3。倒入過過油的肉,加水沒過肉,燉20 分鍾。 4。加粉條燉到粉條爛為止。(15分鍾左右,有些粉很難燉爛)
