回國FB五:吃在成都 成都是一個有名的休閑城市,每次想起成都,我的第一反映就是“吃香的,喝辣的”。和北京上海這些大城市的節奏比起來,成都算是慢生活。在我看來,成都人民都愛吃吃喝喝耍耍,這樣灑脫的生活著,真讓人羨慕! 我每次去成都,都是以吃川菜為主,我這次是臨時有事去成都,就呆了一天,這一天FB的也是夠回味一陣子的。 先上個最大眾的,我每次去成都都會去吃麻辣鍋。這家的麻辣鍋是在超市的頂樓,叫自己要吃的菜,服務員會把它們放在一個大盆子裏,按重量來付錢。兩個人一般30-50圓就夠吃一頓的了。

去成都的飛機給了個肉夾饃飯盒,這是我吃的最好的航空飯盒了,我想一定是四川人民對飯盒的要求高:

這些是這次買的佐料,川菜師傅都知道的,花椒和花椒,辣椒和辣椒都是不一樣的,要做好地道的川菜,要用地道的川料。
