老不上菜,覺得自己都不夠賢惠了,今兒上個馬屁帖吧(拍LD的)。
LD特愛,俺又不常做的紅燒肉燒油豆腐:

原料:五花肉和油豆腐(各兩板) 配料:料酒,老抽,糖,八角。。

做法: 1-2。炒糖:用大帥哥一枚,加兩大匙油,油熱後,加6塊八角,半杯白糖 3。用鏟子攪拌,待糖炒成紅色。 4。五花肉切成一寸見方,用冷水漂洗幹淨,到在鍋裏炒變色。

1。這時,鍋裏加料酒半杯,生抽1/4杯,我還加了點(1/4杯)老抽,俺家LD愛色,俺就多加點給ta,省得說俺不盡責。水量要沒過肉,太幹就再加點水。 2。加蓋子頓(一直在小開狀)一小時。 3。一小時後肉裏加油豆腐,再頓半小時。稍稍收收湯及可。
