SUMMARY:今天(9月13日星期二)的利率和昨天相比,重新貸款固定利率上漲!目前重新貸款41萬7以下30年固定漲回至4.125%,15年固定漲回3.375%,5/1 ARM仍為2.875%。購房貸款41萬7以下30年固定利率仍為4.000%,15年固定仍為3.25%,5/1 ARM為2.625%。ARM降為2.875%。
在當前短期內利率上下波動的大環境下,建議想等低利率重新貸款的網友們,不要等到利率降低的那一天才開始遞交申請。現在利率上升,其實正是遞交申請的好時機。因為從遞交申請到能鎖定利率,還有很多準備工作要做,如order preliminary title report,準備相關證明文件等,而遞交申請又不用付任何費用,隻要你和你的mortgage broker說好,先不要order appraisal,你就不會有任何的out-of-pocket 的費用。在當前整個房貸產業鏈都十分繁忙的時候,各個環節的處理速度都會受到業務量上升的影響而減慢。這種時候更應趕早不趕晚,先將貸款申請準備完整並在lender那裏注冊,這樣就可以早一點開始排隊等待underwriting。與此同時你已準備好,隻等利率一回落,就可以出鎖定利率了。
