Jaden was born to an African tribal mother who had sex prior to circumcision. When he was born, he was deemed to be a bad sign to crop harvest and should be buried alive. Thanks to an older tribal lady who walked him (for 3 days) to an orphanage. When he arrived at the orphanage, he weighed a little over 3 lbs. My sister-in-law, who volunteered at the orphanage, and her husband made a quick decision to adopt him. However, their adoption process went on for a whole year. It is a happy ending at the end. Jaden is a strong and joyful fellow who loves to give kisses. |
