今天我去法庭，光頭Richard 反抗了，我第一次感到美國的司法不健康，法官也有無聊的。
我跟他們素不相識，無冤無仇，他們強占了我的房子，住在裏麵心安理得，我卻沒有權利進入自己的房子。侵略者可以肆無忌憚地罵主人，可以在法庭造謠說房子很糟糕，卻又死死地守著，不肯離去。他們是敵人嗎？為什麽把房主當敵人一樣欺負！而小偷到商店偷一個小東西，警察就可以抓人。這江洋大盜搶人房子，警察不管，法官卻熟視無睹，難道法官也是房客？
法官們不懂被侵犯的感受嗎？更離譜的是，強占他人財產，居然還有免費律師幫助鬥地主！我們用辛苦賺來的錢繳稅養活他們，而我們的財產卻不能得到他們的保護。吃裏爬外的東西：）
我們辛辛苦苦地勞動，賺錢，省錢，規矩繳稅，養了免費律師幫著敵人傷害我們。
今天看到光頭房客得到豁免法庭費用申訴回應，真的不可思議！他強占他人房子，不付房租，已經很無理。我們要花錢去法庭申訴求救趕房客，而房客卻可以免費反抗，這不公平。
光頭不上班，裝瘸領取殘障保險金，有的是時間到法庭去玩，找免費律師聊天。而我不得不再花錢請律師，雪上加霜。請教：
1，以下是光頭姐姐的信，她是租約第一人，這樣的信就可以逃脫責任嗎？她一天也沒在裏麵住過呀，純屬騙租。
2，出庭她不來，還可以繼續追究她的房租欠款嗎？
我想是自己閱曆太淺，不知道世界上怎麽會有這樣的人，這樣不可思議的事。難怪去中國，一個司機先生說我：“你說的那兩個字[應該]，這個世界上不存在了，已經沒有人按照[應該]的去做了。 ”
我已經分不清什麽是狼，什麽是羊……

I am sorry that I did not reply to your email earlier but as you know my brother was very ill and he just passed away recently. I am having problems with Richard Medrano I moved out of the house a week ago when I found out he did not give you the rent for the month of February. I know you agreed on taking out the back yard trash and pay Cynthia 50.00 dollars for cleaning the bathroom and you haven't done it until now but I told Richard to talk with you and deductive the 50.00 from the rent and asked you to take the trash out. I talked with him yesterday and asked him to pay you the rent or move out. At this time I am asking you to go talk with him and asked him to pay you the rent, if he gets aggressive Advised him that you will file a police report and if he does get aggressive please do file a police report. I know he will not harm you in any way but he can try to intimidate you. If he does not pay you please evict him as soon as possible.
