結果county來信要。settlement公司沒付給county. 這個是去年7月過的戶，county 最近剛來09下半年的property tax bill.要不是我記得去查hud-1，老公就付了。 所以不要太相信settlement company. 一定要盯著他們，尤其是seller指定的。
