昨天去海灣抓螃蟹,老婆帶孩子們去玩水,就我一人抓了大約3個小時,大大小小也抓到50多隻,我們這裏湖裏抓blue crab有限製,海裏的沒有限製,但正在甩籽和太小的也就放走。回家蒸了啃完大的,就開始剝小的蟹肉,隻剝了一半就有一大碗的蟹肉了,今天就用來做Crab Cake.

Crab Cake Recipe
INGREDIENTS (Nutrition)
1 pound fresh crab meat
1 egg
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon ground mustard
1 dash Worcestershire sauce
salt and pepper to taste
4 ounces buttery round crackers, crushed
2 cups oil for frying, or as needed
