1. Mei2Nai3Zi(the white sause)+salt+garlic+檸檬, then put on salmon, 375F bake 7 to 10 minutes. 2.兩大勺紅糖，兩大勺醬油，半個檸檬的汁，適量鹽醃過夜。420 F 烤箱，12 分鍾.剩兩分鍾時可撒些蔥花在上麵。
