番茄醬是我自己做的,夏天的西紅柿種多了,做了一些番茄醬,拌麵,做汁都好吃。

佛跳牆沒加魚翅,用豬蹄,牛筋湯和一瓶花雕酒小火煨的,酒味挺濃的。
還做了一些年味小吃:排叉兒(LD點名想吃的),蒸了點兒花樣饅頭(女兒總記著小時候過年有蒸的小刺蝟),炸了酥肉和魚(起一次油鍋就多炸了些,平時不做的食物)
