紅絲絨蛋糕,讓人不喜歡也難。喜慶的顏色,微甜的味道,軟滑油潤的口感,讓人愛不釋手。
方子看起來很複雜,準備的材料一大堆。很少烤蛋糕的我做事馬虎,花了三個周末買齊了原材料,烤的時候把所有需要的材料擺了一桌,可最後還是忘放了almond extract。還好,最後的成品味道不錯。
Ingredients: 2 cups all purpose flour 1 teaspoon of baking soda 1 teaspoon of baking powder 1 teaspoon of salt 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder 1 cup sugar 1 cup vegetable oil 2 eggs 1 cup buttermilk 2 teaspoon of vanilla extract 2 teaspoon red food coloring 1 teaspoon of white distiller vinegar 1/2 cup of prepared plain hot coffee(don't skip this ingredient)
Instructions: 1.Preheat oven to 325. 2.In a medium bowl,whisk together flour,baking soda,baking powder,cocoa powder and salt.Set aside. 3.In a large bowl,combine the sugar and vegetable oil. 4.Mix in the coffee and white vinegar.
