牛角椒八九個, 用不鏽鋼鍋大火加蓋煎焉, 大概要用十幾分鍾。 加點鹽和油拌勻出鍋盛盤, 加兩大勺醋, 一大勺白糖, 好吃慘了。

魚柳切片, 加鹽, 胡椒麵, 菱粉抓勻, 鍋中一大勺油把魚片稍稍煎一下成形盛出待用。 陴縣豆瓣剁碎, 酸菜一包衝洗擠幹切細絲。 鍋中三大勺油燒熱, 下豆瓣炒紅炒香, 下酸菜炒一分鍾, 再下魚片輕輕拌勻, 小火魚片燒入味了起鍋。 老大喜歡得不得了。

牛肉頭天上晚上用 stake season and T eriyaki 醬淹起。 第二天做上麵菜的同時用烤箱 425 度烤 30 分鍾就好了。 老二喜歡吃牛肉。
