周末整點好吃的3: 川菜! 還是川菜!!!

借用淡鳥大師的題目, 做了淡鳥大師的紅油, 先謝了!

春節去一上海朋友家吃飯, 從開胃菜到最後的甜點不下20道,盤盤盞盞一道一道地上, 道道精美細致好看更好吃! 可惜那天有事要早走。 回家後意猶未盡啊, 硬是在網上搜尋到了 陸文夫的<< 美食家>> 連讀了三遍才算過足了癮!

話說來美後交了許多朋友, 回頭一看80%竟是上海江浙朋友! 每年80%party都是江南風味, 怎不學著做點雅致的上海菜?  每次自己開party 怎麽 還是粗盤大碗的川菜呢? 這不怪我哈 -- 咱也學著做了, 家人也喜歡。可客人非要川菜不行, 聽大家怎麽說, "自從認識了你們, 我們家就不去四川飯莊了 (過獎, 過獎)" "今天的夫妻肺片不夠辣!" "今年你們怎麽沒灌川味香腸?" "不要沙茶醬, 要大蒜香油油碟(吃火鍋)"…… 聽聽, 真的不要怪我哈。

"行了, 行了, 上菜, 上菜。  大家又不是隻來聽你吹龍門陣的。慢慢吃哈……" LG催著我。
