Scheherazade, Op. 35: 3rd movement, The young prince and princess by Nikolai Rimsky Ljubjana Symphony Orchestra Anton Nanut, Conductor
--ABOUT THE VIDEO-- Plan on a little over 10 minutes to view the video. It's a nice time to take a rest and relax to the music.
Before I get angry comments about the video, let me explain. It doesn't have much structure and doesn't try too hard to follow any story line. The first 6 pictures relate to Johannes Gutenberg (c. 1400 -- February 3, 1468), German goldsmith and printer, who is credited with inventing movable type printing in Europe (c. 1439) and mechanical printing globally. His major work was the Gutenberg Bible.
The middle section is random pictures that I always wanted to use in a video, but they didn't fit anywhere. I used some of them here as they seemed to fit the mood of the music, at least somewhat. And yes, I snuck in one picture of bodybuilder and weightlifter John Grimek (1910 - 1998), who represented the United States in weightlifting at the 1936 Olympic Games in Berlin and held all the bodybuilding titles of the day.
The last section tells a couple of classic tales and some Egyptian history in pictures. Many of the images came from http://www.gutenberg.org, which has thousands of public domain books and pictures. With that out of the way, I hope you enjoy it.
