全球經濟統一管理

地球越變越小， 經濟活動已經全球化了( globalization)， 可是統籌管理全球經濟活動的管理機構卻沒有。 是有OPEC (Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries)， WTO (World Trade Organization)，NAFTA (North American Free Trade Agreement) 等等， 大多隻是管某一領域， 某一地區， 不是那麽強有力。 什麽時候世界經濟發展也可以有第一個， 第二個。。。 第N個五年計劃？ 現在理論上可以在網上實現在全球範圍購物，為什麽實際上還不行？
