從去年聖誕節前就一直留意麵包機了,就是想用它的揉麵功能,一直關注到boxing day,乃至元旦過了都沒有令人心動的價格,捉襟見肘的我總不能買了機器買不了麵粉啊,還是先辛苦一下自己吧,用雙手創造美好的麵食. 我不諳麵食,弄不清楚人常說的老麵,老酵之類的,所以隻能在超市買那種冰凍新鮮的yeast,隨便掰一小塊放在麵粉裏,加點白糖和水,也沒有份量,總之最關鍵的是麵團能發起來就心滿意足了. 很辛苦很用心地把麵團揉成了這樣
