俄羅斯牛肉麵 - Beef Stroganoff

孩子們小的時候,常做給他們吃, 那時用碎牛肉, 他們吃起來方便, 小朋友開party也很好, 比紅醬撒在地上好清洗. 現在就用牛肉片, 他們還是很愛吃.


材料:

10 OZ 蛋麵, 煮熟, 瀝幹, 拌黃油, 蓋好保溫,

1 LB 法蘭牛排切薄片,
1 LB 白磨菇切片,
1 個紅洋蔥切碎,
1 tsp 番茄醬, tomato paste,
1 ½ tsp 紅糖,
1 TB 麵粉,
1 C 紅酒 (可換為雞湯)
½ C 雞湯,
½ C sour cream, 酸奶油,

用油炒幹磨菇, 取出,

牛肉片炒黃, 取出,

洋蔥炒軟,

加番茄醬炒, 加紅糖炒, 加麵粉炒熟, 加紅酒把鍋邊刮幹淨, 加雞湯燒開, 加鹽和胡椒, 加磨菇,牛肉回鍋, 略收汁, 加酸奶油拌勻, 好了.
