珍珠圓—
材料:
肉末, 香菇, 馬蹄, 薑汁, 蛋清, 太白粉, 鹽, 生抽, 糖, 酒,白胡椒, 味精, 拌勻,捏成圓子, 滾上泡過水的糯米,放在盤上, 進蒸鍋, 大火蒸15分鍾.

馬來西亞咖哩雞-
雞腿肉 切小塊
紅蔥頭, 薑, 大蒜頭, 青檸檬汁, 鹽 用blender 打成泥 放雞肉醃半小時, 進油鍋炒斷生, 加 胡蘿卜, 土豆, 椰奶, 馬來西亞咖哩粉, 胡椒粉, 糖, 鹽, 煮熟, 好了.
忘了放一點綠的香葉或檸檬葉在上麵,會好看一點.
