烤鱒魚和小甜椒

簡單生活就是輕鬆做吃的.

這兩個菜用同樣的醬,同一個烤箱,健康美味的晚飯就搞定了.

做醬:(你們喜歡用別的調味也行)

用food processor 把薑,蒜,香茅,辣椒,糖,豆鼓醬,油,胡椒一起打成泥.

- 鱒魚(Costco買的),洗淨,每麵畫刀3下,用鹽,米酒醃20分鍾,洗淨,擦幹,裏外抹上做好的醬,進400F烤箱,先蓋上錫紙,30分鍾,拿掉錫紙,再烤10分鍾,好了.

- 小甜椒(Costco買的),洗淨,去蒂,用毛巾蓋住,用手掌拍破甜椒,同時擦幹水,淋上橄欖油,胡椒,進同烤箱,烤30分鍾,取出,拌上做好的醬,蓋上錫紙,再烤10分鍾,好了.
