一簡單快捷,香口易做的下酒小菜,希望大家會喜歡!
材料:鴨舌,熟花生,X.O醬,洋蔥,幹辣椒,蔥段, 蒜蓉,料酒, 黑醬油,糖, 鹽, 味精.
做法:鴨舌大火過油瀝幹備用,洋蔥切塊,蔥切段. 起油鍋,中火再微炸香熟花生置涼備用. 大火起油鍋爆香蒜蓉後,放X.O醬與幹辣椒再炒香. 即放鴨舌與洋蔥大火快炒, 回鑊熟花生,料酒走邊,下些黑醬油再炒, 放蔥段,糖, 鹽,味精大火再炒片刻均勻後即可出菜.
