Reason: this morning\'s Nokia acquiring Navteq news casts some uncertainty over Garmin\'s long-term competitive position. Other than the fact that Garmin will be in a relatively disadvantage position compared to tomtom when dealing with suppliers, it also shows that Nokia is very serious about the PND market(although it targets a different segment). Garmin could face more competition in the future. So just take profits and reserve cash for better opportunities.
