AR-11 疑問

我現在是OPT，H1-B十月份生效。最近搬了家，需要填AR-11，有兩個問題向大家請教一下。 1. I am in the US as a Other b permenent resident c student d visitor 我該選student還是Other？ 2. If not a Permanent Resident, my stay in the US expires on 我該填OPT的Expiration還是H1-B的expiration? 謝謝。
