The US real estatemarket continues to struggle. For some perspective, today's top chartillustrates the US median price (adjusted for inflation) of asingle-family home over the past 37 years while today's bottom chartpresents the annual percentage change in home prices (also adjusted forinflation). While the 1995 to 2005 rally in home prices was impressive,so to has been the following decline. In fact, the current decline isgreater than any since 1970.
