Full Moon

What he sees is her smile against a foreign landscape Tears have dried before she became a real woman . . . Her face in his cupping hands "I love your eyes!" he said and saw his own childhood dismantled in those deep wells . . . Under the full moon an ocean is disturbed Love washes over rocks blindly What he remembers is her smiling face in a pool of moonlight . . . ::z.z. july '05
