小的時候最喜歡去外婆家玩, 外婆知道我喜歡吃粥..
一定會做這道排骨粥給我吃.. 那個時候排骨是奢侈品喔.. 每次外婆都下重料.. 所以我至今懷念那個粥的味道.. 記得那個時候外婆還喜歡加粉腸的.. 現在都不吃內髒了..
外婆已經作古快10年了... 好想念她啊!

加入幹淨水中..

加入洗幹淨的蠔幹和幹貝..滾20分鍾.

鍋裏的材料差不多了..加入浸好的米粒和一點麻油,再煮30分鍾..麻油可以讓粥更滑..

魷魚絲倒入鍋裏炸..快速地加入粥裏..很香喔..

剩下的油炸一點豬油渣和蔥花.. 待會兒放到粥裏吃.
