要買房子，房主的title disclosure 是上麵說的這個。我們的agent 說沒問題。 請問各位，這樣的title， 其ownership 有問題嗎？ 加州的各位xdjm： 你們的房子或要買的房子有這樣的嗎？ 有什麽不好嗎？ 拜謝各位回帖！！
