散戶炒股/期權/期貨 don't have edge compared to MM. LT chance is <50%,like gamble. So 七輸兩平一賺.
Long-term M/F ETF can leverage on MM, market index and time. So it will make $$ in the long run. The key is allocation, allocation, allocation. 10 year+ even dummy can win.
RE is tricky, too many gurus can help here. The key is location, location and location.
