現在深深體會碰到該說又不能說，更不能發牢騷是有多難了，管住嘴真的不容易！我們教會周一到周六有晨禱，已經兩年了，我一直沒去過，上周五實在憋不住了，決定去神家裏跟神說，求神給我智慧，告訴我該怎麽做。神感動我：“還是愛的不夠！” 包括了愛家人，愛弟兄姐妹，愛朋友，愛鄰居，愛同事。聖經要我們愛人如己，犧牲的愛。

我想根本的是改變自己。順便把梁牧師周三分享的話拿來。

God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change; 
courage to change the things I can; 
and wisdom to know the difference.

上帝，請賜予我平靜，接受我無法改變的事物；
有勇氣去改變我所能做的事情；
