香菇花枝,將花枝處理幹淨,切成花刀(切在裏麵才能成花) 過有薑的開水,香菇泡軟切塊兒。油鍋用蒜茸薑絲爆香,將材料倒入爆炒,加醬油,糖,白胡椒,蔥起鍋:
