家裏青菜不夠了,要去買菜了。

爆炒蝦的要訣是要用中大火將大蝦兩麵都煎紅,最後澆上糖酒醬油等:

涼拌海帶絲:將海帶絲用開水過一下,伴上糖醋醬油熟芝麻:

餡餅:白菜香菇蝦米餡。用冷水和麵要軟,醒一小時。

焦溜丸子:剛剛學的,碎肉加剁碎的米飯一點鹽,澱粉,水, ( 不放任何調料 ) 一直攪,在 8 分熱的油中炸至金黃。調汁:糖醬油醋澱粉。用少許底油將汁炒熟,將至炸好的丸子倒入,味道不錯:
