將所有材料整理好,根據易熟度按次序放入炒鍋,最後加鹽及雞精,起鍋:

耗油豆角,豆角開水中斷生,在水中放些鹽及油,豆角會更好看,吃時再澆耗油:

茄子豆腐攤餅:將材料切小丁,加入糯米及麵粉(1:1), 加胡粉,鹽,用少油攤:
