#1 The three and a half building new building is not a home. It has no windows and only has small holes to let the swallows fly in and out. It cost a few hundred thousand dollars included the land. It is a heavy investment in return the owner collects the bird nest. But again there is no guarantee the harvesting of the bird nest can recover the investment. Simply put it is not worth it and the risk is very high.
