渥太華的鬱金香節是一年一度，而我們也是年年去，年年看， 年年照。

但是，年年都能學到點新東西，拍到點新片片，所以年年都是很開心的一旅，更不要說以看花為名，探親訪友為實的痛快了！

今年長的知識是:

- Tha Canadian Tulip Festival is the largest tulip festival in the world.

停好車，進到湖邊這公園的時候，應該跟往年不一樣，是到的正門這邊。

先看的是這片有些開過的花，再過去點，居然看到滿目的莖，心裏暗叫不好：今年算來算去，莫不是選的時候又不對了？！

繼續往裏走，發現情況沒有以為的差。其實，應該說，花兒還是開得相當旺的。

鬱金香節是持續三周的，我們過去在第一周去過，第三周去得最多。第一周去，見到有花苞沒開，第三周去，許多都已開敗，所以今年專門挑了第二周。沒曾想，今年的五月初，很熱過幾天的，所以難怪有些品種的花期都過了。

看到今年那裏的資料上說，鬱金香的花期一般也就3-7天。那就意味著，其實無論那周去，總要不是看到些花沒開，就是看到些花謝，或者兼而有之了。
