An elementary school in China has created a blog site for its students.
"I'm sorry I cut your hair," writes one second grader.
Another says, "Why didn't my teacher pick up the toppled bicycle?"
Young teachers at the school are encouraged to use the blog as a forum for release.

"Our blog page is a platform for more effective communication between teachers, students and parents," said the school's vice principal who gave only his family name as Li.
