Well, here is something the US has been able to export without problem - diabetes.

Okay, I know it's not solely the US' fault; it is the responsibility of the individual to determine what goes in their body.

But..China now has about 39 million people over 20 years old with diabetes and India
has about 30 million.

The main contributors to becoming diabetic, besides genes are changes in lifestyle and diet.
