According to the People's Daily the rules will change on how much renminbi Chinese business people can exchange for foreign currencies.

China has more foreign exchange reserves (Over $1 billion) than any other country in the world.

On July 1st, State Administration of Foreign Exchange (SAFE) will make the change so that Chinese domestic investors can start aiming overseas.
