就是毛主席，周總理在世對達賴知錯改錯的態度也是歡迎的。
和達賴和平對話，中國政府立場始終如一：達賴放棄藏獨，切割藏毒青團，達賴放棄政治，回歸佛教。
毛主席對達賴很寬容，呆在中國西藏，必須遵守十七條，跑任其跑，不強留。毛主席對達賴的態度和作為體現了中國政府對西藏和達賴的民主。
所以至今，達賴對毛主席感激不盡的。
