做些side project，有關AI，machine learning,  distributed system, system design, 放在github裏，resume裏要強調現在流行的技術，如Goland, Rust, Kubernetes, AWS, Azure etc. 現在employer都是通過AI來screen resume，所以resume上一定要有keywords，可以抓眼球. 另外，到一畝三分地上或小紅書上看看小留們找工的心得和麵經，discord上也有。
