Deel was founded in 2019 by Alex Bouaziz, the CEO, and Shuo Wang, the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). Both founders met while studying at MIT, and they launched Deel to simplify the complexities of hiring, onboarding, and paying international remote workers for their previous ventures.
