這個最tragic的是，保險公司用的midman RX Optimum 和藥房套價huan價， 藥房可以改變你的prescription，醫生隨著改prescription。 Advair這個紫色diskus，我家老大用過， 一個月一個diskus，二十年前自己出十塊，現在三十多到六十多，保險報銷的話。保險不保，那就550刀。誰也用不起。保險公司推薦的代替藥，未必管用，但他們說一樣的。至少有一種我兒子當初用就無效。這個孩子沒有refill藥，一次asthma attack就死了。 
我同事是甲狀腺癌，前幾天還在抱怨middleman不給報銷藥， 藥房就私自換prescription。 
所以從我們到藥房有兩層middleman。
