1.self-motivated
2.Strong math and science background
3. A demonstrated interest in computer science through classes or personal projects is a plus
4. evidence of leadership as exhibited by significant extracurricular involvement is also helpful.

另外，覺得GPA也是個硬指標。，Texas學生估計得是學校top2%,外州的估計是前10名。

如國跟director Calvin Lin興趣相投，愛好打Frisbee也是個加分項…
