We have two athletic recruiting offers: one from a highly regarded top 5, at least top 10 liberal arts school with a competitive, nationally ranked team, but the program and team culture are lacking. My child didn't feel included during the official visit, admission isn't guaranteed even with a roster spot because of high standard academic requirements, but the coach will fully support the admission process. The other offer is from a top 15 liberal arts school, where the coach, program, and culture are exceptional. The coach has developed a strong relationship with my child over the past year. My child feels happy there and really connects with the community and team. How should we make our decision?
