every applicant is different but just to offer my two cents, i had a 3.69 in high school and now im a freshman at uc berkeley so a 3.79 is leagues better than mine lol

honestly don’t feel too discouraged op, this subreddit makes you feel like you have to live up to the insane standards others set but it’s simply untrue. i definitely didn’t have a stellar gpa or sat (3.6 UW and 1460 to be exact) and i didn’t win an insane slew of national awards or start a nonprofit; i simply did what i liked to do and framed it in a way that made sense for my majors & profile, and im going to a school i never would’ve imagine i could’ve gotten into. if i have any advice for you rn it’s to stop looking at the a2c subreddit and enjoy summer vacation!!!!
